Welcome to join fellow science communication professionals and science engagers from across the globe for an hour of informal networking and knowledge exchange. Let’s discuss new tools, tricks and lessons learned during the pandemic and share visions and hopes for the future. The event is hosted by the Falling Walls Engage Hub Sweden which connects local scientific communities with international science engagement initiatives.
The networking event is being held back to back with the Swedish Forum for Science Communication, which focuses on the present and future role of science communication and public engagement. The afternoon sessions of this online conference will be held in English and you will have the opportunity to listen to Sarah R Davies, University of Vienna, Sophie Duncan and Paul Manners, NCCPE, Lena Lindhé, University West, as well as Brian Trench, PCST, Catherine Franche, Ecsite, Annette Klinkert, EUSEA and, James Pamment, Lund University discussing future trends in science communication.
During Eftersnack, we will widen the discussion and invite you to bring a coffee/drink and share your views with colleagues from around the world.
