Sweden’s flagship science communication competition, the Researchers’ Grand Prix, is back – and for the first time, the national heat will be held live on stage. Researchers from across the country are invited to present their work in just four minutes, making it as engaging, educational, and accessible as possible.

A panel of communication experts and a live audience will evaluate each presentation on how clearly the research is explained, how well the content is structured and  communicated, and presenter’s stage presence. The winner will go on to the national final in Stockholm this November and compete for a professional development prize of 20,000 SEK.

Applications are open until 30 June 2025, and the live event will take place on 10 October at SciFest in Uppsala. Selected participants will receive personalised coaching in presentation skills, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.

Presentations can be given in either Swedish or English.
