Mutual Learning Exercise (MLE)
An EU initiative designed to support the development of national and European policies through knowledge exchange and mutual learning.
A Mutual Learning Exercise (MLE) is an EU initiative is an EU initiative that supports the development of national and European research and innovation policies through knowledge exchange and mutual learning. MLEs bring together EU Member States and Associated Countries to exchange experiences, identify good practices and develop practical recommendations around shared policy challenges.
The overall aim is to strengthen policy development by identifying lessons learned, success factors and evidence from different national contexts.
